We currently deliver to the UK mainland only.
Orders received by 12 noon will usually be dispatched the same day (Mon - Fri). We aim to deliver goods within 10 working days. However, Miliemoo cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery caused by the postal service. If after placing your order we are unable to deliver your goods within 10 working days we will contact you explaining the reason for the delay. You will then have the choice of either having a full refund or accepting the delayed delivery time.
Items that are very popular may at times be out of stock. If this should happen you will have the option to be contacted via e-mail once the item is back in stock.
POSTAGE COSTS
Postage costs are kept to a minimum. We offer our own free delivery service within the local vicinity of Miliemoo when spending over £30.00 in one order. Orders under £30.00 will be charged at £2.50.
Areas included in the free/discounted Miliemoo delivery service are:
LS5, LS12, LS16, LS17, LS18, LS19, LS20, LS21, LS27, LS28, LS29, HG3, HG1, BD17, BD18.
If you are entitled to Miliemoo delivery we will telephone you to inform you of a delivery date once you have placed and paid for your order.
National deliveries are made by Royal Mail parcel service with proof of postage, or courier service. If there is no one available on delivery of the goods a card will be left advising you on how to collect your delivery. It is then the responsibility of the recipient to arrange collection/delivery of their goods.

Goods purchased totalling £19.99 and under charged at £3.00
Goods purchased totalling £20.00 - £49.99 charged at £4.50
Goods purchased totalling £50.00 - £74.99 charged at £5.50
Goods purchased totalling over £75 are free nationally.
