PAYMENT
Payments on-line are made via HSBC bank ensuring safety of transactions.
Payments should be made in UK pounds Sterling only.
If you prefer to pay by cheque please go through the checkout and choose the payment by cheque option. Please make the cheque payable to Miliemoo, with your name, telephone number and the order number written on the reverse. Send to: Miliemoo, 2 menston Old lane, Burley in Wharfedale, Ilkley, LS29 7QA. Your order will be dispatched once your cheque has cleared.
PRICING & DESCRIPTION OF GOODS
Miliemoo reserves the right to alter prices at anytime. Prices of products already purchased but not yet delivered will not be altered. All prices are shown in pounds sterling.
Products are described as accurately as possible. Measurements are however approximate. If further information is required regarding a product please contact us when we will gladly describe the product in further detail.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If any item you choose is out of stock you will be informed immediately on requesting further details of the item. You will have the option to be sent an e-mail informing you of when the item is back in stock.
RETURNS / FAULTY GOODS
Unwanted goods maybe returned to us within 7 days of receipt, at your own expense. Please contact Miliemoo by telephone or e-mail to inform us of the return before posting the goods back to us. The goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging suitable for re-sale. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate as we cannot be responsible for goods lost in transit. Once we have received the goods in re-saleable condition we will refund the price paid for the item. We are unable to refund the cost of the postage for unwanted items.
If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch please contact us either by telephone on 01943 862849 or e-mail sally@miliemoo.co.uk as soon as possible.
Goods that have not been dispatched will be refunded in full including the postage paid. Orders placed before 12 noon Mon-Fri will usually be dispatched the same day therefore please contact us as soon as possible.
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you have received goods that are faulty or an incorrect order please contact Miliemoo within 48hours of receiving your delivery. It is important that you inspect your goods thoroughly on receipt. If the package is obviously damaged when delivered to you please inform the delivery person and complete the appropriate paperwork before informing Miliemoo. If goods are found to be faulty we will discuss the best way to return the goods to ourselves and either refund the cost of the item along with postage or send a replacement item and the cost of posting the faulty item back to us.
